How to join Fertility Europe

The procedure to apply

1) Read the Articles/Statutes of Fertility Europe on our website.
2) Send an email to membership@fertilityeurope.eu and attach the filled Membership Application Form to it. In this email also provide information of your contact person (name, email address, telephone number, cell phone – if available, Skype contact – if available).
3) Send the following documents by email to membership@fertilityeurope.eu. Please, note: you do not have to translate the documents:
-Registration in the country (if necessary/available)
- Statutes
- Financial Report
- Annual Report
- Sponsoring/Fundraising System/Structure
- Information on relationship between your organization, doctors and hospitals/clinics
- Disclosure Explanation
4) Fill out the Fertility Europe Questionnaire and if possible, join the facebook group Fertility Europe.

The procedure after applying
After you have applied to be an Effective or an Associate Member and sent all the required documents and answered the Fertility Europe Questionnaire, the Executive Committee of Fertility Europe scrutinizes your documents to check whether your Association/Organisation operates according to the Articles/Statutes of Fertility Europe. If the Executive Committee finds that your Association/Organisation fulfils the requirements for membership, they will recommend approving your application to join Fertility Europe at the following Annual Meeting. Before the Annual Meeting you may be invited to introduce your Association/Organisation in a Members’ Meeting (usually held in the Spring). If there is no Spring meeting for Fertility Europe Members, you are asked to do so at the Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting is held once a year (summer time) and you are invited to join the meeting. At the meeting, the current Effective Members either accept or reject your application. If you are accepted, you will receive an official approval letter a few weeks after the Annual Meeting and you will be asked to pay the annual membership fee.

Associations/Organisations which have in the past filled out our online Fertility Europe Questionnaire, but have not submitted their Membership Application, nor have they sent their official documents timely, are considered to be Associate Members.
